Role Overview

Mountain View Post Acute is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their therapy team in a skilled nursing setting. This role focuses on geriatric patient care, helping residents improve functional independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and deliver occupational therapy treatments

• Manage geriatric caseloads in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment

• Develop and carry out patient-centered treatment plans

• Complete timely documentation and progress notes

Required Experience & Preferences

• Minimum 1 year of OT experience

• SNF experience preferred

• Familiarity with Net Health EMR is a plus (not required)

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Start Date: ASAP

• Weekend Coverage: Facility operates 7 days per week
