Join a rehab-focused team delivering occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence and improve daily function in a skilled care setting.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized care plans
• Focus on ADLs and functional recovery
• Track progress and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with the therapy team

Requirements

• Active Florida OT License (or compact)
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills (new grads considered)

• Bill rate is negotiable
• New grads accepted (10% lower rate applies)
• 90% productivity expectation
  • Pay reduced by 10% if not met
