Position: Occupational Therapist
Facility: Life Care Center of Haltom
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8-hour days
Contract Type: Travel Assignment

Overview:
Life Care Center of Haltom is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join their rehab team. This travel assignment provides an opportunity to deliver quality care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments to clients based on individualized care plans

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes

• Ensure at least 90% of billable hours are spent delivering direct therapy services

Requirements:

• Current OT license in Texas (or compact)

• BLS certification

• Prefer 1+ year of OT experience (new grads considered at 10% reduced bill rate)

• Strong communication and patient care skills

Compensation & Hours:

• 30 hours guaranteed per week (may vary by facility)

• Hourly rate may be reduced by 10% if productivity falls below 90%
