Role Overview:
Richland Post Acute is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their rehab team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality OT services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Flexible scheduling allows for a 4 x 10-hour shift structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy treatment plans
Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab team to optimize patient outcomes
Adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and needs
Qualifications & Skills:
Licensed OT in Washington State
Experience with NetHealth and PCC EMR systems is a plus
Exposure to both inpatient and outpatient OT settings is beneficial but not mandatory
Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
