Position Overview

Prestige Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy in a long-term care and rehab setting. Flexible scheduling options allow the therapist to choose shifts that best fit their availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve physical function, independence, and quality of life

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and goals

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress

• Provide education to patients and families regarding home exercises and adaptive strategies

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Washington

• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Flu and COVID declination accepted
