Occupational Therapist – Travel Assignment

Facility: Life Care Center of Wichita
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour day shifts

Role Summary

Life Care Center of Wichita is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist to join its skilled therapy team. This opportunity is ideal for therapists who enjoy consistent weekday schedules and working in a structured post-acute care environment with clear productivity expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting

• Complete evaluations, daily treatments, and progress documentation

• Maintain a high standard of patient-centered care while meeting productivity goals

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support patient outcomes

Schedule & Hours

• Monday through Friday

• 8-hour daytime shifts

• 30 hours per week guaranteed by LCCA (facility guarantees may vary)

Experience & Requirements

• BLS certification required

• At least 1 year of OT experience preferred

• Candidates with less than 1 year of experience will be considered at a 10% reduced bill rate

Productivity Expectations

• Minimum 90% billable productivity required

• Productivity below 90% will result in a 10% rate reduction
