Position Overview

Mile Bluff Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, manage pain, reduce fall risk, and regain greater independence in their daily lives. This role supports patients throughout their recovery journey, from treatment and rehabilitation to discharge planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with pain or movement dysfunction
• Develop therapy strategies to improve mobility and daily functioning
• Support recovery following surgery and help reduce risks such as falls and DVT
• Assist with discharge planning and functional mobility goals
• Complete accurate evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, and discharge documentation
• Manage documentation related to insurance approvals, denials, and patient care
• Communicate with providers, patients, insurance companies, rehab staff, and supervisors
• Help maintain clean and organized treatment areas
• Perform other duties as assigned
