Schedule: 5 × 8-hour day shifts

Position Overview

San Luis Care Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver patient-focused rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting. This role offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to work with a supportive care team.

Core Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans
• Provide daily therapy sessions to improve mobility and function
• Monitor progress and adjust care as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active Colorado PT license or Compact License
• BLS certification required
• Open to new graduates (adjusted bill rate applies)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
