Role Summary:

Join KEY Rehab at Parkview Care Center as a Physical Therapist, delivering hands-on therapy in a skilled nursing environment. This position offers a stable weekday schedule and consistent patient care responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• Provide daily therapy sessions
• Monitor progress and adjust care as needed
• Work alongside rehab and nursing teams
• Complete required documentation

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota PT License
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• SNF or rehab experience preferred
