About the Role
Enhabit Home Health in Casper is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to support patients across the Casper and Douglas service areas. This assignment is ideal for clinicians who are confident working independently and delivering high-quality care in a home health setting.
Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for patient evaluations, development and implementation of care plans, ongoing treatment, documentation, and collaboration with the home health care team.
Service Area & Travel
Coverage within a 1-hour radius, including the Douglas area
Mileage reimbursement provided at $0.40–$0.48 per mile (calculated quarterly)
Required Qualifications
Mandatory Home Health & Hospice experience
HCHB (Homecare Homebase) proficiency required
Ability to manage a full home health caseload independently
