Overview:
Cass County Medical Care Facility is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide care in both the SNF and outpatient clinic, covering a wide range of patient populations from teens to geriatric clients. New grads are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services for SNF and outpatient clients

• Treat a variety of patient populations including orthopedic, neurological, pain management, and balance needs

• Document treatment plans and patient progress in EMRs (NetHealth and Point Click Care)

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes

Requirements:

• PT license (active)

• Willingness to work across SNF and outpatient settings

• New graduates accepted
