Opportunity Overview

Functional Pathways is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its rehab team at Our Lady of Peace. This 13-week assignment offers a consistent daytime schedule in a patient-focused care environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy focused on mobility, strength, and functional recovery
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What You’ll Need

• Active PT/DPT License (Virginia or compact eligibility)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experience in rehab or SNF settings preferred
