Facility: Life Care Center of Cheyenne
Schedule: 5 × 8 Hour Day Shifts

Position Overview

Life Care Center of Cheyenne is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role is open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates looking to grow in a supportive SNF setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function

• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Wyoming PT license or Compact license

• BLS certification required

• New graduates accepted (with adjusted bill rate)

Productivity & Pay Guidelines

• 90% productivity requirement

• Hourly rate will be reduced by 10% if productivity falls below 90%

• New graduates will start at a 10% reduced bill rate

Schedule Details

• Monday–Friday

• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
