Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Facility: VibrantCare Rehabilitation – Concord
Location: Concord, California
Shift: 5x8 Day Shifts | Monday–Friday, 8a–5p

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join the outpatient rehabilitation team at VibrantCare in Concord, CA.

Key Requirements:

• Active California PT license (required)

• Outpatient experience preferred

• Open to considering a PTA (at market rate) or a traveling pair

Schedule & Workload:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Standard weekday schedule (M–F, 8a–5p)

• Average caseload: 14 patients per day

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PT—or a strong PTA candidate—to provide quality outpatient care in a collaborative clinical setting.
