Physical Therapist – Cresco, IA

Facility: Millennium Therapy at Evans Senior Living Community

Millennium Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time role (5×8 day shifts, 40 hours/week) with an ASAP start. This position is split between Cresco, IA, and New Hampton, IA (32 miles apart), providing care in two skilled nursing facilities.

Requirements:

• SNF experience required

• Active Iowa or Compact PT license at time of submittal

Provide evaluations, treatment, and therapy services while collaborating with a dedicated rehab team across both facilities.
