🕒 Schedule: 5x8 shifts | 36 guaranteed hours

Position Highlights

• Skilled Nursing Facility caseload split between Cresco, IA and New Hampton, IA (32 miles apart)
• SNF experience required
• Active Iowa or Compact PT license must be in hand at time of submission
• ASAP start available
