Role Overview

The Tradition – Prestonwood is seeking a Physical Therapist to support rehabilitation services in a senior living setting. This role focuses on helping residents improve mobility, strength, and overall independence through consistent therapy care.

What You’ll Do

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Deliver daily therapy sessions and monitor progress
• Document care and update patient records
• Collaborate with the care team to support recovery goals

What You’ll Need

• Active Texas PT license or eligibility
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experience in rehab or senior care preferred
