Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for Home Health care in Des Moines, Iowa for a 13-week contract. The position covers approximately 30 patient visits per week within the surrounding area with less than 100 miles weekly travel.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 x 8 day shifts

• Setting: Home Health

• Mileage reimbursement: $0.585/mile

Requirements:

• Active Iowa or Compact license

• Valid driver's license

Home Health experience preferred; not ideal for new graduates.
