Role Overview
Pine Ridge Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to a geriatric population. This position supports patient mobility, strength, and functional independence through individualized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans

• Provide physical therapy to geriatric patients in a post-acute care setting

• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team

• Support patient mobility, safety, and functional goals

Requirements

• Physical Therapist license preferred; pending license may be considered

• New graduates welcome

• Experience or comfort with geriatric care

• Ability to perform patient evaluations independently

Assignment Highlights

• March start date (dependent on maternity leave coverage)

• 5-day, 8-hour day shifts

• 13-week contract with potential for extension
