Facility: Laurel Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center
Schedule: 5×8 Day Shifts
Duration: 13 Weeks

About the Role

Laurel Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is looking for a Physical Therapist to join their rehab team. This role includes coverage across nearby locations, offering a dynamic work setting with consistent daytime hours.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and create treatment plans
• Deliver daily therapy focused on mobility and recovery
• Monitor progress and update care plans
• Float between Hertford & Windsor, NC as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain documentation

What You’ll Need

• Active North Carolina PT License
• BLS certification
• Prior SNF experience required
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations

Assignment Details

• 13-week contract
• Day shift schedule (5×8s)
• 2-week notice cancellation policy
