Position: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Elizabeth City, North Carolina
Facility: Laurel Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Shift: 5 x 8-Hour Day Shifts (Monday–Friday)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Job Overview:

Laurel Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract position. This full-time role involves weekday daytime shifts in a skilled nursing setting, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to support patients through rehab and recovery.

Key Requirements:

• Active North Carolina PT license (required)

• Current BLS certification

• Prior SNF experience preferred

• Strong assessment, documentation, and therapy planning skills

• 2-week cancellation notice policy in effect
