This role offers a dynamic setup where you’ll support rehab services while floating between Hertford and Windsor, NC. Ideal for therapists comfortable working across locations and managing varied caseloads.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver physical therapy in a skilled nursing setting
• Perform evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning
• Support patient mobility and recovery goals
• Adapt quickly across multiple facility environments

Requirements to Qualify

• Active North Carolina PT License
• BLS certification
• Prior SNF experience
