We are urgently seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a Home Health position with a start date of Thursday, May 15, 2025. This is a weekday role offering 5x8-hour day shifts, and an excellent opportunity for therapists with relevant experience to earn a higher hourly rate.

• Setting: Home Health (within a 50-mile radius)

• Vehicle: Provided by the facility

• Mileage: Covered

• Experience Preference:

  • Home Health experience

  • Proficiency with MatrixCare

  • Skilled in OASIS documentation

Candidates with these experiences are eligible for a higher pay rate.
