Functional Pathways is seeking a Physical Therapist to support rehab services at Otterbein SeniorLife Franklin. This role is focused on delivering consistent, patient-centered therapy within a senior living environment, helping residents improve mobility, strength, and independence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Provide daily therapy sessions and track progress
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient response
• Maintain accurate documentation of care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

What You’ll Need:

• Active Indiana PT license or eligibility
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experience in rehab or senior care settings preferred
• Ability to manage a steady caseload
