Requirements:
Active North Carolina PT license
BLS certification
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
2-week notice cancellation policy
Provide high-quality care, support resident rehabilitation goals, and collaborate with a dedicated therapy team in a structured SNF environment.
