Position: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Hertford, North Carolina (with potential float to Windsor, NC)
Facility: Hertford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Shift: 5 x 8-Hour Day Shifts (Monday–Friday)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Job Summary:

Hertford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time, 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehab care in a skilled nursing setting and must be open to floating between Hertford and Windsor, NC as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Active North Carolina PT license

• Current BLS certification

• Prior SNF experience strongly preferred

• Ability and willingness to float between two nearby facilities

• 2-week notice cancellation policy in effect
