Position Overview

Villa Manor Care Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide skilled care in a long-term care setting. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates ready to grow their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to residents

• Complete evaluations, treatment sessions, and documentation

• Maintain at least 90% productivity during billable hours

• Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams to support patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Colorado PT license or Compact license

• BLS certification

• New graduates accepted at a 10% reduced bill rate

• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills

Highlights

• 5 × 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

• Productivity-based pay structure: 90% or above to maintain standard rate
