Join a rehab-focused skilled nursing setting where you’ll help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence through structured therapy plans.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy
• Support mobility and functional recovery goals
• Track progress and update care plans
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams

What You’ll Need

• Active PT License (Colorado or compact)
• BLS certification
• New grads welcome (10% reduced bill rate applies)

Important Details

• Bill rate is negotiable
• 90% productivity expectation
  • Pay adjusted if not met
