Position: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Facility: Life Care Center of South Las Vegas
Shift: 5 x 8-Hour Day Shifts (Monday–Friday)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Overview:

Life Care Center of South Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility setting. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with a 40-hour guarantee. New graduates are welcome to apply (with adjusted bill rate).

Key Details:

• Schedule: 5 x 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday

• Guaranteed Hours: 40/week

• BLS Certification: Required

• Licensure: Active Nevada PT license or compact eligibility

• New Grads Accepted: At a 10% reduced bill rate

• Productivity Requirement: 90%

  • If productivity falls below 90%, hourly rate will decrease by 10%

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active PT license in Nevada or compact state eligibility

• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

• Strong documentation and clinical skills

• SNF experience preferred but not required
