Location: Los Lunas, New Mexico
Schedule: 5×8 Day Shifts | Monday–Friday | 40 Hours/Week
Job Summary
VibrantCare Rehabilitation in Los Lunas is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to support its outpatient therapy team. This role offers steady daytime hours, a supportive clinical environment, and a manageable caseload averaging 14 patients per day. PTA applicants (at market rate) and traveling pairs are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, and track patient progress
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure strong patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
Active New Mexico PT License (required)
Outpatient experience preferred
Ability to manage a full-time caseload
Strong communication and patient engagement skills

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Open to PTA candidates and traveling pairs
