Physical Therapist needed at Madrid Home, IA. 40 hrs/week, 5x8 shifts. Settings: OP, ALF, LTC, SNF. Prefers OP/SNF exp. PT license & BLS required. Might help with evals on weekends, Net Health COM charting, anti-gravity treadmill, Omniversa tech. Start Sept 5 at $75 bill rate.
