Overview

Life Care Center of Mount Vernon is looking for a Physical Therapist to join their rehab team. This role offers flexibility on rates and is open to both experienced therapists and strong new graduates.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Evaluate patients and create treatment plans
• Provide daily therapy focused on mobility and recovery
• Monitor progress and adjust care as needed
• Collaborate with the rehab team and maintain documentation

What’s Required

• Active Washington PT License (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Important to Know

• Rate is negotiable
• New grads accepted (10% lower bill rate applies)
• 90% productivity expectation
  • Pay reduced by 10% if not met
