The Village at Mercy Creek is seeking a Physical Therapist to support its rehab program in a senior living setting. This role is focused on helping residents improve mobility, strength, and independence through consistent, goal-driven therapy care.

Schedule:

• 5×8 day shifts
• 8-hour workdays
• Start: February

What the Role Involves:

• Complete patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions and track progress
• Adjust interventions based on patient needs
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Work closely with the rehab and care team

What They’re Looking For:

• Active Illinois PT license or eligibility
• Experience in rehab or senior care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to manage a steady patient caseload
