Functional Pathways is hiring a Physical Therapist to support rehab services at Edgewood LifeCare Community. This role focuses on helping residents improve mobility, strength, and overall function in a structured senior living environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform patient evaluations and create treatment plans
• Deliver daily therapy sessions and monitor progress
• Adjust care plans based on patient response
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with the care team for smooth patient outcomes

What You’ll Need:

• Active Massachusetts PT license or eligibility
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
• Experience in rehab or senior care settings preferred
• Ability to manage a consistent caseload
