Shift: 5 × 8-hour day shifts

Overview:

Concordia Senior Living in Oklahoma City is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our care team. This role focuses on helping residents improve mobility, restore function, and maintain independence through personalized therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, balance, coordination, and mobility
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and caregivers
• Educate residents and families on exercises and techniques for continued care
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Experience in senior living or geriatric care preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Schedule & Work Environment:

• 5 days per week, 8-hour day shifts
