Position Overview
Covenant Living of Florida is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) to provide high-quality care to residents. This is a 13-week contract position with day shifts, ideal for a therapist experienced in outpatient or skilled nursing settings.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide daily therapy sessions and monitor patient progress
Document treatments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies
Requirements
Active PT license in Florida
Strong clinical skills in general physical therapy practices
Experience in outpatient or skilled nursing preferred
