Role Overview

This contract PT role supports two rehab facilities in the Prescott area, offering a dynamic setting for a motivated clinician who enjoys variety in their daily practice. You’ll be working across Prescott Village Wellness & Rehab and Prescott Valley Wellness & Rehab, delivering hands-on therapy focused on functional recovery and patient independence.

Your Impact

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans
• Support mobility, strength, and functional goals
• Work with patients across SNF rehab environments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams
• Help patients transition toward greater independence
