Facility: University Park Care Center
Schedule: 5 × 8 Hour Day Shifts

Position Overview

University Park Care Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its skilled nursing rehab team. This opportunity is open to both experienced clinicians and motivated new graduates looking to build their careers in a supportive care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver daily therapy sessions focused on improving mobility and function

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient progress

Qualifications

• Active Colorado PT license or Compact license

• BLS certification required

• New graduates welcome (with adjusted bill rate)

Productivity & Pay Guidelines

• 90% productivity expectation

• If productivity falls below 90%, pay rate will be reduced by 10%

• New graduates accepted at a 10% reduced bill rate

Schedule Details

• Monday–Friday

• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
