Ferry County Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized care focused on improving mobility, independence, and overall patient outcomes. You’ll work closely with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and support staff to develop and deliver effective treatment plans in a collaborative community healthcare environment.

Your Role

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans
• Provide direct treatment and monitor functional progress
• Adjust care plans based on patient needs and outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals
• Direct support staff in achieving patient goals
• Maintain accurate evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate in quality improvement, education, and professional development activities

What You’ll Need

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Washington State PT License or application in process
• At least 1 year of PT experience preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
