Position: Physical Therapist (PT)

Facility: Life Care Center of St. Louis
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehab
Shift: 5 x 8-Hour Shifts (Day Shift)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Summary:

Life Care Center of St. Louis is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing and rehab team. This is a full-time opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule and a 40-hour weekly guarantee in a collaborative clinical environment.

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapy license in Missouri or compact state eligibility

• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

• New graduates welcome – offered at a 10% reduced bill rate

• Must meet 90% productivity; failure to do so may result in a 10% pay decrease

• Strong clinical, communication, and time management skills
