About the Role
Join the outpatient therapy team at VibrantCare Santa Cruz, providing high-quality PT services in a Monday–Friday schedule. You’ll manage a steady caseload and work in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate, treat, and manage outpatient PT patients
Provide evidence-based therapy across various conditions
Document notes accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with other clinicians to support patient outcomes
Treat an average of 14 patients per day
What You Need
Active CA Physical Therapist License
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
