Overview:

Sequim Health & Rehabilitation is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join their rehab team. This role focuses on helping patients regain mobility, strength, and independence in a supportive care setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform patient evaluations and create personalized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy sessions to improve mobility and function
• Track and document patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care

What You Need:

• Active Physical Therapist license (Washington or compact)
• Experience in rehab or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
