Position Overview
Grace Health & Rehab Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their rehabilitation team for a short-term assignment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy services to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.
What You’ll Do
Perform patient evaluations and develop effective treatment plans
Deliver daily therapy sessions aligned with patient goals
Track progress and complete timely documentation
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams
