Job Summary:
Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide care in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Candidate must have SNF experience and hold an Iowa or Compact license at the time of submittal.

Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

• Active Iowa or Compact PT License

• SNF experience required

Schedule:

• 5-day work week, 8-hour day shifts

• Full-time, 36 guaranteed hours per week
