Facility: Millennium Therapy at St. Luke Lutheran Nursing Home

Millennium Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time schedule (5×8 day shifts, 36 guaranteed hours/week) with an ASAP start. This role supports a skilled nursing facility environment, delivering evaluations, treatments, and continuous patient progress support.

Requirements:

• SNF experience required

• Active Iowa or Compact PT license at time of submittal
