Schedule: 5×8 Day Shifts (40 Hours Guaranteed)
Start Date: November 24
Contract: 13 Weeks

Role Overview

Therapeutic Associates Advantage Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to support their South Hill clinic. This role focuses on general ortho care in a busy, well-supported outpatient setting.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality orthopedic physical therapy to an active patient load

• Manage a daily caseload of 14–18 patients, depending on shift length

• Collaborate with clinic staff to support individualized patient recovery plans

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with clinic standards

• Work a consistent weekly schedule with guaranteed hours

Schedule Options

• 5×8 Shifts alternating:

  • Tue/Thu: 7 AM – 4 PM

  • Mon/Wed/Fri: 9 AM – 6 PM

• OR 4×10 Shifts with Tuesday or Thursday off

• Weekends: Not required

Qualifications

• Active Washington PT license

• 3+ years of post-graduation experience (exceptional candidates with 2 years considered)

• Strong, recent orthopedic outpatient experience
