Role Overview
Ridgecrest Retirement and Healthcare Community is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their care team on a full-time, day-shift assignment. This role focuses on supporting residents through evaluation, treatment, and functional mobility programs that promote independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and ongoing treatments

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient goals

• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and safety
