What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide therapy in a skilled nursing setting
• Handle evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning
• Support patient mobility and recovery goals
• Adapt across multiple locations as needed

What You’ll Need

• Active North Carolina PT License
• BLS certification
• SNF experience required

Important Details

• Floating between locations is required
• 2-week notice cancellation policy
• 13-week assignment
