• Patient evaluations and treatment planning

• Floating between Hertford & Windsor, NC as required
• Team collaboration in a SNF setting

Must-Have Requirements

• Active North Carolina PT License
• BLS certification
• Prior SNF experience
• Flexibility for multi-location coverage

Assignment Details
