Primary Care Physician

Location: Enfield, Connecticut & Granby, Connecticut

Compensation: $300,000+ annually plus bonus opportunities

Position Overview

We are seeking four dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physicians to join a growing healthcare organization serving the Enfield and Granby, CT communities. These full-time opportunities are ideal for physicians committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive practice environment.

The ideal candidates will provide comprehensive primary care services with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult patients
• Conduct annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and ancillary services as needed
• Educate patients on preventive healthcare, wellness, and disease management
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered and preventive care
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
