Job Overview:
Fiesta Park Wellness & Rehabilitation, part of Continuum Rehab, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week contract. This role is located in a skilled nursing facility with a strong rehab-to-home population. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, and experienced in providing quality therapy in a post-acute care setting.
Key Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Census: Approx. 80 patients, ~50 receiving rehab
Duties: Daily treatments, assist with evaluations and discharges
On-call: No
Floating: Not required
SNF experience: Preferred
Overtime: Eligible
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Active New Mexico PTA license
1–3 years of experience preferred
Prior SNF experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
