Role Summary
The Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services, supporting residents in improving mobility, strength, and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
