Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Celina, Tennessee
Facility: Celina Health and Rehabilitation Center – Functional Pathways of Tennessee, LLC
Schedule: Full-time, 5 × 8-hour day shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 32 per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated PTA to join our team at Celina Health and Rehabilitation Center. This role provides hands-on therapy to support patient mobility, independence, and functional recovery in a skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed PT

• Assist in patient mobility, exercise programs, and functional activities

• Document patient progress in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• PTA license (active)

• New graduates welcome

• Ability to work effectively with patients in a skilled nursing setting

Highlights:

• 32 guaranteed hours per week

• Full-time day shift, Monday–Friday
